Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24 hours.
  • Custom or personalised items may require additional processing time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Standard Local Delivery: 1-2 business days
    • Express Local Delivery: SAME DAY delivery

Order Out for Delivery

  • Once your order is out for delivery, you will receive a notification via email/SMS.
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the package to avoid any delivery issues.

Order Delivered

  • A delivery confirmation email/SMS will be sent once your order has been successfully delivered.
  • If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please first check with neighbours or household members who may have accepted it on your behalf. You may also want to check around your delivery area, including your mailbox, front porch, or other safe spots. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact us.
  • TinyPrints is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

  • We will work with our carrier to resolve the issue, but we are not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
